Queek is a Meta Tech Provider. Merchants can connect their own WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook accounts to Queek so they can sell and respond to customers directly from those channels.
When a merchant connects a channel through Facebook Login for Business, we receive and store the credentials needed to operate it on their behalf: the WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, page or Instagram account ID, and the access tokens Meta issues. We use these solely to send and receive that merchant's business messages and never for advertising or unrelated purposes.
For connected channels, Queek processes the messages exchanged between the merchant and their customers — including the customer's name, phone number, message content, and order details — strictly on the merchant's behalf to enable ordering, support, and delivery. In this role the merchant is the data controller and Queek acts as a data processor.
Data obtained through the WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta Platform is used only to provide the connected-channel service, is retained only as long as the channel remains connected, and is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Developer Policies.
A merchant can disconnect a channel at any time from their Queek dashboard, which revokes our access and removes the stored credentials. To request deletion of data we hold from a connected Meta or WhatsApp channel, email [email protected]; verified requests are actioned within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
