Does a dev store cost anything?
No. A dev store is never billed, even when you set it to test as a paid plan. Payments there are simulated, and its orders and analytics are pruned after 30 days. AI features use your own credits.
What are the API rate limits?
Every key shares a 180-a-minute bucket per IP. Private keys also get a quota by the store's plan: 60 a minute on Free, 120 on Social Media and Starter, 240 on Growth, 1,200 on Scale and 2,400 on Enterprise.
How do retries work?
Send an Idempotency-Key header on a write. A retry with the same key and body replays the stored response for 24 hours, marked Idempotent-Replayed, instead of running twice.
What happens when my webhook endpoint fails?
Queek retries with backoff, from 5 seconds up to 2 hours apart. An endpoint that keeps failing for 24 hours is disabled. A store can have up to 10 endpoints, and deliveries are kept for 7 days.
Can an AI agent work on a store?
Yes. Queek OS is the MCP server for a Queek store. A merchant adds it to Claude or ChatGPT, and the agent works on that one store. Deletes and theme switches wait for the merchant's yes.
Can payments go to the merchant's own account?
Yes, on the store's own channels, on the Growth plan and above. Paystack, Nomba and Stripe are live.
Can I create orders through the API?
No. You build a cart, and every cart carries a checkout_url. Queek checkout completes delivery, payment and the order, and webhooks tell your server as it moves.
